Sales & Revenue Ownership: Drive EyeROV’s international sales in the GCC and Southeast Asia. The role will also be responsible for other International locations. 
Market Development: Identify, analyze, and pursue new business opportunities across Marine, Water, Hydro, Oil & Gas, and Energy sectors.
Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with regional distributors, EPCs, utilities, and government agencies.
Business Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, regional go-to-market plans, and annual business targets.
Sales Cycle Management: Handle the complete sales process — from lead generation, qualification, proposal creation, and negotiation to order closure and revenue realization.
Proposal & Tendering: Prepare techno-commercial proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and tender documentation aligned to international procurement norms.
Client Engagement: Coordinate closely with Operations and Finance teams for project execution, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Representation & Networking: Represent EyeROV at regional exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasts, and reports through the CRM platform.
Strong knowledge of international B2B and B2G sales practices.
Proven experience in GCC or SEA market entry and partnership development.
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Consultative, solution-driven sales approach with technical understanding.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
Highly self-driven, organized, and adaptable to multicultural environments.
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency will be an added advantage.
Experience in ROV, USV, or subsea inspection systems.
Prior sales exposure in Water Utilities, Dams, Ports, Marine, or Oil & Gas.
Experience in dealing with government utilities, EPC contractors, or environmental agencies in GCC or SEA.
Strong network of industry contacts in target regions.
Total Experience: 5–10 years in B2B technical or solution-based sales.
International Experience: Minimum 5 years handling GCC or SEA clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related field.
MBA or PGDM in Marketing / International Business preferred.
Proven track record of achieving international sales targets in capital equipment or inspection services.
Kochi / Delhi / Mumbai / Remote (with international travel to GCC & SEA markets)
