We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks while ensuring timely delivery of marketing activities. This role will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to execute effective marketing strategies that build brand awareness and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Support content creation for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and other promotional materials.
Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Manage social media calendars and monitor engagement metrics.
Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and webinars.
Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify trends and opportunities.
Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM tools, and campaign reports.
Track campaign performance and prepare analytical reports for management review.
Liaise with vendors, partners, and agencies to support marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite preferred).
Understanding of social media management and content scheduling tools.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and creativity.
