EyeROV, India's first indigenous manufacturer of commercial underwater drone/ROV based in Kochi, Kerala, the heart of maritime activities. EyeROV is a young and dynamic workspace envisioned to bring deep tech, robotics technologies to the space of Marine and Energy Sector. Within this short span of 7 years , the company has delivered world-class products and solutions to its various clients such as BPCL, DRDO, Indian Railways, Maersk, NHDC etc... The company is funded by GAIL and BPCL, Kochouseph Chittilappilly ( founder of V-Guard and Wonderla Group of Companies) as investors. EyeROV was founded in 2016 by IIT Alumnus Johns T Mathai (IIT Delhi) and Kannappa Palaniappan P (IIT Madras). Your Roles & Responsibility
Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets for the East region, contributing to EyeROV’s overall business objectives.
Actively travel within the region to engage with clients and stakeholders (minimum 10 days/month).
Lead business development initiatives across dams, tunnels, and related infrastructure sectors, promoting EyeROV’s cutting-edge underwater robotics solutions.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation and opportunity qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals for clients, tenders, and strategic projects.
Navigate tendering processes across government, PSU, semi-government, and private sector clients.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts including NTPC, DVC, NHPC, NEEPCO, MEPGCL, IOCL, EPC firms, and port authorities.
Identify and convert new business opportunities for ROV services, product sales, and partnerships.
Plan and execute field demonstrations and proof-of-concept trials in collaboration with technical teams.
Represent EyeROV at industry conferences, exhibitions, and regional trade events to strengthen brand presence and network.
Report directly to the CEO, playing a pivotal role in EyeROV’s regional growth and strategic market penetration.

Fluent in English and Hindi (regional languages like Bengali/Assamese a plus)

Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho CRM preferred
Experience
8 - 14 years of relevant experience in the Sales
Location: Kolkata/Guwahati (East/North East India Region)
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in engineering ( Civil/Mechanical) or related degree
Should have done 5 years of B2G technical sales
