Job Title: Business Development Executive (Region-wise)
We are seeking energetic and motivated Business Development Executives (BDEs) to support on-ground sales and market development for EyeROV. This role is field-heavy and involves visiting government offices, public sector departments, and partners to identify opportunities, schedule meetings, follow up on leads, and support RSMs in closures. Ideal for early-career professionals looking to build a career in high-tech industrial sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
Support sales managers by identifying and qualifying new leads through field visits
Visit key govt stakeholders including Police, Fire, NDRF, SDRF, Disaster Mgmt., Irrigation, Hydro, and PSU departments
Identify local consultants, partners, contractors and introduce EyeROV's offerings
Coordinate for demos and assist technical teams during field demonstrations
Maintain CRM entries, meeting notes, and follow-up tasks
Generate demand for EyeROV’s products and services through regular outreach
Assist in document collection, vendor registration, or tender coordination if required
Industry Focus (Region-wise)
North – Defense, Disaster Management, Research
West – Oil & Gas, Maritime, Dams
South – Hydro, SAR, Fire and Rescue
East – Hydro, Dams, Disaster
Skills Required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel extensively in assigned territory
Knowledge of public procurement or working with government departments is a plus
Self-motivated, field-ready, and good at reporting
Able to understand technical products (basic)
Fluent in English + local language (Hindi preferred in North)
Experience
3 – 5 years in field sales, B2B or B2G preferred

Qualification
Graduate in Engineering, Science, or any related technical field
Non-tech candidates with strong field sales aptitude will also be considered
