Title: Business Development Manager - Qatar


Agbizz our JV partner in Qatar, is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand its services to the Oil & Gas Industry, Maritime and allied sectors. He would be directly working with Agbizz and EyeROV to promote its solutions. 


Your Roles & Responsibility

  • Achieving the sales targets for the company

  • To work with Oil & Gas customers, Shipping companies, ports and allied sectors for sales of EyeROV products and solutions

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to revenue realisation

  • Creation of techno-commercial proposals for clients, tenders and other projects

  • Responsible for the post-sales coordination with the Client and Operations team for the execution of work, follow-up for getting payments after work completion and maintaining customer relationships

  • Handle Tenders with Govt, PSU, Semi-Govt, Private Companies

  • Reports Directly to General Manager

Skills:    

  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills

  • Active listening skills, highly consultative and solution-oriented

  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change

  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder

  • Ability to learn, understand and communicate technical product requirements

  • Ability to speak fluently in English and Hindi.

  • Candidates who have worked in the Marine, Shipping or Oil & Gas Industry

  • Candidates who have previously worked with ROV or similar products or services


Experience

 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in the Sales

Qualification


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering ( Civil/Mechanical) or related degree

  • Should have done B2B technical sales

  • Should have prior sales experience in the domain
