About the Role:
We are seeking energetic and motivated Business Development Executives (BDEs) to support on-ground sales and market development for EyeROV. This role is field-heavy and involves visiting government offices, public sector departments, and partners to identify opportunities, schedule meetings, follow up on leads, and support RSMs in closures. Ideal for early-career professionals looking to build a career in high-tech industrial sales.
The North Region BDE will focus on developing EyeROV’s business among defense establishments, national research institutions, and water resource departments. The role involves working closely with central and state-level agencies (MoD, DRDO, SDRF, CWC, NHPC, etc.) to identify opportunities for underwater drone deployments and inspection services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with defense, disaster management, and hydro agencies.
Identify research labs and academic institutions for technology collaborations.
Coordinate and assist with field demos for defense and hydro applications.
Support vendor registrations and tender participation for government projects.
Maintain CRM and field visit reports to support Sales Managers.
Skills Required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel extensively in assigned territory
Knowledge of public procurement or working with government departments is a plus
Self-motivated, field-ready, and good at reporting
Able to understand technical products (basic)
Fluent in English + local language (Hindi preferred in North)
Experience
3 – 5 years in field sales, B2B or B2G preferred
