Position Summary:

EyeROV is looking for a strategic yet hands-on Marketing Lead to drive brand visibility, qualified lead generation, and international market presence. This role will be instrumental in building and scaling the marketing engine across digital, content, PR, and events positioning EyeROV as a global leader in marine robotics and underwater inspection solution


Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and own the integrated marketing strategy aligned with sales targets, investor visibility, and EyeROV’s international expansion across India, GCC, SEA and Europe

Demand Generation: Design and implement lead generation campaigns across inbound and outbound channels—SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, email marketing, webinars, and partner outreach.

Content & Brand Positioning: Lead the creation of compelling marketing content including product brochures, case studies, pitch decks, videos, and website copy that clearly communicate product value.

Event & Exhibition Marketing: Plan and manage EyeROV’s participation in high-impact industry events and exhibitions; coordinate logistics, branding, and lead capture efforts.

Digital & Web Presence: Own the website performance, SEO optimization, analytics tracking, and coordination with digital agencies and freelancers as needed.

Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to create marketing assets for RFPs, product demos, partner decks, and investor materials to accelerate conversions.

Performance Tracking: Measure and report on campaign success using KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI. Apply data-driven decision-making to optimize performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure messaging, priorities, and GTM initiatives are tightly aligned.

PR & Thought Leadership: Lead PR initiatives, publish in industry media, and support founder branding through storytelling and strategic communication.

Team & Vendor Management: Manage external vendors, creative freelancers, and potential marketing interns; ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.

Skills :

Strong proficiency in English and Hindi, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple diverse projects in a fast-paced environment

Skilled in building relationships and collaborating across teams and external stakeholders

Quick to learn and understand technical specifications and translate them into marketing language

Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving ability with a strong focus on execution

Effective stakeholder management with cross-functional alignment across sales, product, and leadership

Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles and the role of marketing in driving pipeline and revenue

Exhibits a leadership mindset while remaining hands-on and adaptable—ideal for a high-growth startup environment

Qualification: 

Bachelor’s degree in engineering Or Marketing

5–10 years of experience in B2B marketing or growth-focused roles, ideally in deep-tech, robotics, or industrial sectors
