Senior Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead EyeROV’s overall marketing function — driving brand visibility, strategic communication, lead generation, digital presence, partner engagement, and event participation. This role demands both strategic leadership and hands-on execution, ensuring the brand’s strong positioning across sectors while delivering measurable marketing outcomes. The Senior Marketing Manager will also oversee and mentor the marketing team to achieve organizational goals through clear direction, creativity, and performance excellence.


Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Communication & Positioning

  • Define and maintain a consistent, impactful brand voice across all communication channels.

  • Draft, review, and approve external communication materials — including press releases, proposals, client updates, and media interactions — to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand values.

  • Champion internal communication culture that reflects EyeROV’s mission, vision, and values.

  • Act as a brand guardian to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms.

  • Build EyeROV’s thought leadership presence through strategic media, speaking engagements, and content collaborations.


2. Lead Generation & Marketing Operations

  • Take complete ownership of the lead generation and validation funnel.

  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns using digital tools, CRM systems, events, and partnerships.

  • Supervise the lead validation process, ensuring quality leads are passed to the sales team.

  • Continuously optimize cost per lead, conversion rate, and pipeline health through data-driven insights.

  • Present weekly and monthly dashboards to leadership summarizing performance and ROI.


3. Digital & Content Strategy

  • Build and execute a comprehensive content strategy for EyeROV across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, and other platforms.

  • Oversee content planning, creative development, and campaign execution to align with brand goals.

  • Manage newsletters, email campaigns, and WhatsApp outreach to nurture leads and stakeholder engagement.

  • Track engagement metrics and continuously refine digital strategies for better reach and impact.

  • Ensure all content reflects sector trends and EyeROV’s technology leadership.


4. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to meet performance goals and project deadlines.

  • Set clear KPIs, monitor progress, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.

  • Build a results-driven and collaborative marketing culture emphasizing ownership, creativity, and accountability.

  • Identify training needs and organize development sessions to enhance team capability.


5. Events, PR & Brand Visibility

  • Identify and evaluate relevant expos, conferences, and webinars for brand participation.

  • Prepare event proposals, budget plans, and ROI reports for management approval.

  • Oversee end-to-end event execution, including booth setup, creative collaterals, and lead tracking.

  • Drive EyeROV’s visibility through strategic participation in panel discussions, media features, and industry forums.


6. Partner & Ecosystem Development

  • Map and engage potential partners across hydro-infrastructure, marine, oil & gas, and disaster management sectors (India & Global).

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with partners, resellers, and industry collaborators.

  • Develop partner engagement frameworks for regular communication and opportunity sharing.

  • Drive co-marketing initiatives, joint campaigns, and collaborative growth programs with partners.

  • Maintain updated CRM records of partner interactions and performance.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory).

  • In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing, CRM tools, and digital campaign management.

  • Proficiency in marketing platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Canva.

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Experience in partner marketing, event management, and ecosystem development.

  • Ability to translate complex technology into customer-focused narratives.


Experience & Qualifications

  • 8–15 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, industrial, or marine sectors.

  • Demonstrated success in leading marketing teams and managing multi-channel campaigns.

  • Experience in brand communication, lead generation, content strategy, and partner engagement.

  • MBA/PG in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred.
