To lead and manage multiple marine robotics and technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Senior Engineer - Projects will apply strong project management methodologies, stakeholder communication, and risk control to deliver technically complex and time-sensitive projects in marine and subsea environments. The role requires strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and leadership to guide junior engineers and coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Marine, Ocean, or Mechatronics Engineering.
4–6 years of experience in project management, preferably in subsea, marine robotics, aerospace, or defense industries.
PMP / PRINCE2 certification (desirable but not mandatory).
Experience in ROV/AUV programs, system integration projects, or marine operations (highly desirable but not mandatory).
Strong knowledge of project management principles (planning, scheduling, monitoring, risk management).
Ability to handle multi-disciplinary technical projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent project management tools.
Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.
