Job Purpose:

To lead and manage multiple marine robotics and technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Senior Engineer - Projects will apply strong project management methodologies, stakeholder communication, and risk control to deliver technically complex and time-sensitive projects in marine and subsea environments. The role requires strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and leadership to guide junior engineers and coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Marine, Ocean, or Mechatronics Engineering.

  • 4–6 years of experience in project management, preferably in subsea, marine robotics, aerospace, or defense industries.

  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification (desirable but not mandatory).

  • Experience in ROV/AUV programs, system integration projects, or marine operations (highly desirable but not mandatory).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of project management principles (planning, scheduling, monitoring, risk management).

  • Ability to handle multi-disciplinary technical projects.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent project management tools.

  • Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.

  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure.
